Do I need an appointment?

Yes. We work mainly by appointment so we can reserve the right amount of time for each patient. Monday to Friday we're open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays are by prior appointment only. Please confirm availability with us before coming in.

Where are you located, and is there parking?

We're at 7241 SW 63rd Ave, Suite 102-A, South Miami, FL 33143. Parking is free: enter through the driveway and use the spaces in front of the building, next to the plants, reserved for our patients.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We are a fully bilingual practice and serve patients in English and Spanish.

Where should I start?

Usually with an evaluation. InBody body composition analysis, genetic testing, skin evaluation or laboratory tests help us understand your starting point before recommending any treatment.

How much do your services cost?

Many services have a fixed price listed on this site. Others depend on exactly what you need, since the price can vary by area, quantity, dose or recommended plan, and medical programs depend on the protocol and follow-up. Contact us and we'll give you the correct price.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

ALMAge operates mainly on a private-pay model. Many of our aesthetic, wellness, longevity and body composition services are not usually covered by insurance. If you tell us which service you're considering, we can help you review the available options.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and Square payment links.

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with Affirm, Afterpay, CareCredit and Cherry. Approval and terms depend on the financing provider.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. To confirm a booking we ask for a deposit: $25 for services up to $250 and $100 for services over $250. The deposit is applied to your appointment and is subject to our cancellation and no-show policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. With less than 24 hours' notice, a charge, loss of the deposit or loss of credit may apply. A no-show may result in loss of the deposit or credit and may require a new deposit or prepayment for future appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the late-cancellation policy may apply. Some procedures have additional conditions because of the products, medications, equipment or specialized staff involved.

Is there a minimum age?

Patients must be 18 or older for medications, GLP-1, HRT/BHRT, Botox, fillers, injectables, IV therapy and invasive procedures. Specific non-invasive services may be considered for minors with the corresponding approval and consent.

Can I bring a companion or my children?

Accepted Answer

An adult patient can usually come with a companion when the procedure allows it. We don't recommend bringing children to treatment appointments: children can't be left alone, our staff doesn't provide childcare, and children can't enter laser, injectable, medical procedure or equipment treatment rooms unless they are the patient.

What if I have symptoms after a treatment?

Contact our team and let us know. If your symptoms are severe, getting worse, or you think it may be an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What is Botox?

When applied correctly by a trained professional, Botox should not make your face look "frozen." Our goal is to provide a natural look that smooths wrinkles while maintaining facial expressiveness. The key is in the application technique and the right dosage.

Although both are used to improve facial appearance, they work differently. Dermal fillers add volume under the skin to fill in wrinkles and improve facial contours.
